Problems with comodo backup installation were detected

Hello,

i just install the newest comodo backup, but after install it show yellow bar, tried repair installation, reboot still same, any idea ?

I am having a similar problem.
Windows XP operating system
My error is:
Checking if cbvdbus.sys is working properly…
04.01.2011 12:24:32 cbvdbus.sys IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!
I don’t want to back up until I know if this will create issues.

Please open regedit.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
and let me know what is the value of “ProductName”
Also, click properties on CBU.exe and make sure that it isn’t set to run in compatibility mode with other Windows

Prduct value = REG S2 Microsoft Windows 2000
In CBU.exe The box is not checked and therefore the compatability choices are greyed out.

You can change this value to “Microsoft Windows XP”, this will fix the problem.
Did you update your system from Windows 200?

Thanks I will give it a try. No it was not an upgrade it was a new computer that came with a brand new version of xp home and the xp disc.
