I’ve a problem to empty the list of blocked files in the safety stategy from defense+.
I have one file and each time I remove it, this file comes back at the next start of the computer. I’ve used the buttons named Retirer (Remove in English version ?) and Supprimer (Delete in English version ?). Always the same result.
If some one can tell me what’s wrong, it would be nice.
Hey and warm welcome to comodo forums!
try to see if adding the file in d+ rules will solve the problem.
CIS block automatically this file because it doesn’t recognize it, probably the file doesn’t have a valid signature.
If you are sure that the file is nevertheless safe, after having removed it from the blocked files, add it to the trusted ones.
Be carefull in using the option “delete”. “Remove” means from the category in which the file stands, “delete” = delete it from your system
Thanks for your answers.
The file is a notifyer (should-to-buy-notifyer) from an antivirus software. So I can’t physically delete it.
About the trusted files, it’s strange because many files from this antivirus software are part of this list but not the notifyer : dll is in the list but not the exe but Comodo says that it is already in the list. I will add it and also in d+ stategies as suggested.
For the moment, it seems ok. The file is nomore blocked and is updated.
