Problems using user interface

I am using the firewall on Windows Server 2003. I see the server with terminal server.

For weeks it works good. After one update, when I try to use the user interface, the program is almost blocked. The mouse cursor, on user interfaces, shows the hourglass, as if the program were working. It is almost impossible to work with it.

Today I’ve installed CPF on Windows XP. For 2 hours it worked well. Then, it happens the same thing. It is impossible to use it.

Does anybody know what can I do?

Can you have a look in your system event logs, after having booted in safe mode, and let us know what is reported there.
