problem with Windows 10, ASUS notebook

(The notebook shall run with
Antivirus - Stateful
Firewall - Custom Ruleset
Auto-Sandbox - Enabled
HIPS - Safe Mode
Viruscope - Enabled)

I got a notebook with Windows 10 here from a friend, who told me, it won’t shut down when it should.

I tried it myself few days ago and it was very weird to me, because Windows seemed to stop shutting down at some point and about 15 white symbols (like empty new files) appeared on the desktop.

Today I deactivated HIPS and it shuts down and reboots without any problems.

So I activated HIPS again, Paranoid Mode.
An alert popped up and nothing happens after clicking on the name of the file in the alert.
I tried to start Process Explorer but nothing happens.
I started Task Manager but the new window is white - (no response).

(COMODO shows red warning only because of missing update for a week)

Every few minutes I can hear sounds for COMODO alerts. But now the screen stays black due to some energy saving action (I guess).

We need help.

This may be the problem:

Defense + Slow Shutdown Workaround:

Add the following to D+ Rules:

C:\Windows\System32\taskeng.exe Windows System Application

C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe Windows System Application

C:\Windows\System32\wininit.exe Windows System Application

Add the following if necessary:

C:\Windows\System32\LogonUI.exe Windows System Application

Indeed. Thank you very much, indeed.

You’re welcome!
