Problem with OXford Advanced Learner's Dictionary 7th Edition

I’m facing the problem to start the program mentioned above after installing Comodo Firewall.
Previously the program functions properly in my PC without Comodo Firewall.
Now, even after I uninstalled Comodo Firewall, the program still couldn’t start.

What could be the problem?
Anyone know please help.

P/S: I made a image file for the Dictionary in my PC and mounted it to Alcohol’s virtual drive.

What happen when you start the program? Does the firewall log say anything?

I don’t think I see anything in the log related to the program.
What I see is the normal like the following:

No, this file wouldn’t help.

I also noticed that the windows firewall is not back to normal after I uninstalled Comodo Firewall.
I think it has been disabled forever.
Comodo Firewall should enable it once the user decide to uninstall Comodo.
How can I enable it again?

Perhaps you could try and skip parent checks for the application and also tick the boxes to skip advanced security checks and allow invisible connection attempts for any of the programs files for the dictionary. You can do this by clicking on the application rules bit of CPF. See screen shots

If this does not work and you want to re-instate windows firewall you can do it through security centre in control panel. If it will not activate then I am a bit stumped.
