Problem with Installing Comodo firewal 3

i’ve win xp sp2.
i installed comodo firewall 3 recently.
it has installed but its not working.when i click it the fllwg msg appears:
“this applcn has failed 2 start becoz FTLIB.DLL was not found.re-installing may fix this problem”
i couldnt solve it.i tried 2 install comodo 2 it asks “whether uninstall already existing version?” when i click yes no response at all.plz help

i tried 2 uninstall comodo 3 from control panel but i cant.

PLZ HELP

do you have the latest CIS?
