Problem with diagnostics

Hello

When I launch the Diagnostics tool, I get some windows :

  • Please wait while COMODO Firewall Pro is verifying the integrity of the installation
  • The diagnostics utility has found some problems with your intallation. Would you like to fix them.
    If I choose Yes
  • The diagnostics utility could not fix some of the problems. Would you like to create a diagnosis report.
    If I choose Yes, I can tell COMODO the location and name of the diagnosis report ( see attached file ).

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with my installation of COMODO ?

Usually has required a removal and reinstallation to fix this problem. You can just try rerunning the installer, and it will do the removal for you also.

Try to run diagnostics under admin account if using XP.

It seems that you’ve got installed an incompatible with CFP software. I would try to unistall this software and then check again.

Btw, there is a bug in report log. Every log indicates to the same version of CFP.
