Problem with defense+, it reset to disabled at each restart [Resolved]

Hi,
I was advised on this forum to enable defense+. So I set it to “safe mode”. Problem is when I restart win 7
x64, the setting of defense+, reset itself to disabled. Is that normal, or how could I correct this , thanks.

How are you re-activating Defence+ ? Do you have Defence+/Defence+ settings/De-activate the D+ permanently (requires a system re-start) box ticked.

Something you could try is to change configuration from Internet Security (if that`s what your using) to Pro-active and see if that helps D+ to still function after a re-boot. Right click the tray icon and select Pro-active whereby you should receive a message.
