Problem with connection

I have got a problem. I have got a login and password of Online Storage, but when I go to login, in Comodo Back Up, tap Online Storage, I write my login and password correctly, but, he doesn’t work.

Comodo Back Up say me: “Cannot Connect to Online Storage Server. Please check server address”

What Can I do?

-Subscription identifier
-Date from
date to

disk quota: limit/usate

I somehow can’t login to the online storage program.
It says
“Internal error encountered while logging in : 5”

Please try to login using credentials provided during sign-up.
Service login/password aren’t used anymore.
If the issue is still present, please post the “Comodo Online Storage Communication.log” file in C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMMON directory.
