Problem with cmdagent.exe

Hello

When ever I start up my computer cmdagent is crashing. When I go to the management console I get this: Faulting application cmdagent.exe, version 3.5.57173.439, time stamp 0x4935b22a, faulting module cmdagent.exe, version 3.5.57173.439, time stamp 0x4935b22a, exception code 0xc000000d, fault offset 0x0002f42c, process id 0x83c, application start time 0x01c95ca8b0613746.

I am planning on uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstall it will I lose all of my allowed/blocked programs? Also will I need or uninstall utility to wipe my computer before reinstalling? Or can I solve the problem with out uninstalling/reinstalling? Thanks.

Just install + reinstall will erase all your Rules. So my suggestion is to do Export before and Import after reinstall.

Try to go to Misc.- Diagnostics in COMODO GUI (if it aviable).

If you don’t have access to COMODO GUI, then (for export/import) you should save Windows Registry entries. Wich one - search forum for this knowledge.
