To understand the reasons why we ask you to follow these guidelines please see below.

WHY WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
Bugs/issues can be impossible or very time consuming to fix if developers don’t have enough information to reproduce them. Since CIS is free, development time is limited. So if you want your issue fixed, please use the format below to describe it.

To avoid clutter, issues not described in the format below your post will not be moved to the ‘moderator verified’ issues topic. This means that the developers may not look at it.

Best wishes and many thanks in anticipation

Can’s somebody help me with this, its annoying when it takes 99 % CPU. sometimes its 0 and sometimes its 99

Under what conditions does the full CPU load happen? You stated it happened after installing Smart Defrag. DOes the problem go away when Smart Defrag is not installed? What happens when Smart Defrag is set to not defrag the CIS folders?

Do D+ logs show us blocked interactions between Smart Defrag and CIS? Please post a screenshot. I am asking because a similar problem happens with Avast 6 which keeps on trying to access CIS files in memory (not on disk). The self protection of CIS will not allow it and because there are so many of these request the CPU usage goes up (not as high as in your situation though).

Smart defrag is’nt the problem, D+ is not blocking anything. if i start my comp go to task manager and see whats happen Cmdagent is taking 99 CPU. after about 5 min when the comp is idle Cmdagent is taking 0 CPU. sometimes it takes alot and sometime not. and i checked the update, i closed update and it didnt fix the problem.
