I am trying to back up a .mdb that is open by a software program. When the program is open the file is not backed up. I tried both VSC and Raw Read both with ignore read errors and with out. As soon as the program is closed and the file is unlocked Comodo back up can back up the file. I am using Version 4.1.2.28. The error message in the log is

The backup file has no content and has been aborted.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get this to work. I am very pleased with everything else that this software does.
