Problem with antivirus scan

Hi, I reently install the latest version of Comodo internet security and when I try to run a scan of my computer I get the following error message:
“Error code 0x80004002. No such interface supported”. Any help will be greatly appreciate

Let Diagnostics check the installation of CIS.

In the main screen go to Miscellaneous → Diagnostics. Does that help?

I am facing the similar problems. I downloaded and installed “CIS_Setup_3.5.55810.432_XP_Vista_x32” from Comodo site.

  1. The Firewall is not functioning Properly - diagnostics utility didnt find any problems"
  2. Antivirus - Run a scan : [!] Error Code 0x80004002 No such interface supported
  3. Antivirus - Update Virus Database : [!] Error Code 0x80004002 No such interface supported

Diagnostics didnt find any problems.

Any help will be much appreciated.
