I use a server ftp on my computer, I authorized port 21 in the network monitor but when I acces in a server I do not see the list of the files hi is empty !
i use Filezella server
configuration :
Action : allow
protocol : TCP or UDP
Direction : In/Out
Source ip : any
destination ip : any
source port : any
destination port : 21
Action : allow
protocol : TCP
Direction : In
Source ip : any
destination ip : any
source port : any
destination port : A set of ports 21,20
Would be enough. Just check your logs in case your ftp servers needs additional ports to be opened. Logs should show what is being blocked.
Note that Port 20 is necessary only if ftp client uses passive mode.

the problem is in the option Monitor DLL injection , when I it desactive it goes. the solution thus is that the firewall must be ignore the behavior of the softwares authorized (:WIN)
