I installed a new printer for my computer and it prints downloaded items fine. But without disabling my comodo programs I can’t print emails . If I disable it I can print emails fine. How do I set up comodo to allow the printing of emails.
Had the same problem. Used a wireless printer, We had to add it to trusted applications to get rid of firewall alerts, and prevent it from blocking the printer.
If the application you are printing from is running in the sandbox it can’t print. Can you see if that is the case?
How is the printer connected? Is it connected with a USB cable or is it networked?
