From your previous posts I have the following info;
- Operating system : Windows XP
- Service Pack level : Service Pack 3
- O/S bit level : 32 bit
Can you please provide the following info;
- Operating system version (Home or Professional)
- Currently installed security software (antivirus, HIPS etc. excluding CIS)
- Internet connection type and quoted speed (ADSL, VDSL etc.)
- Total RAM in your PC
- Available RAM when O/S has initialized
- Realtime speed test result (from http://www.speedtest.net)
