Post-quantum cryptography in Chrome 54

Google is experimenting with “post-quantum cryptography”, now enabled in Chrome 54 (Canary). It includes a new key exchange, CECPQ1 (either CECPQ1_ECDSA or CECPQ1_RSA).

The new cipher suites:

TLS1_CK_CECPQ1_RSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 TLS1_CK_CECPQ1_ECDSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 TLS1_CK_CECPQ1_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 TLS1_CK_CECPQ1_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
