Hi,
Sorry for my impatience, but a month has passed and this little problem seems still not solved. :-\
Hi
Even though this is not my post I’ll post re-post it here since I have the same problem.
itchhk.dll part of Itouch software v2.22. pops up 5-6 times every startup even though it’s been excluded, added to my own safe files and send to Comodo as false positiv. Triede reinstalling Itouch software, reinstalling Comodo. No findings on manually scanning file.
Hope this will give it some extra focus.
Hi,
This FP (that was detected in the newest 9.96 version too) seems to be fixed by the last release (4.1…916) of CIS.
Thanks.

Hi M.c.S,
On this site virustotal.com ,the Virus DB is not the latest verision.
CIS Plus latest version is always flagging for sandboxing gfxui.exe in system32 folder for sandboxing, after logging onto Win 7 user account (admin).
This is a valid Intel graphic file. I always select not to sandbox it, but it always comes up next time i startup. Added to my safe files, but still same problem.
CIS has been re-installed and with new profile for Internet Security, but still occurs.
Screenshot attached. By the way, does not allow to select “always trust the publisher of this file”

Hi cavehomme,
Please submit the file at Comodo Antivirus Database | Submit Files for Malware Analysis.
Thanks and Regards,
Haja
Please read here there is a suggested cure which might work here last post in Topic.
Thanks. Tried all that, apart from playing with the registry, and added all the relevant intel files as trusted files / my safe files, adding “gfxui.exe” with quote marks…but still the same. Really annoying. D+ basically allocates it as a limited file at each startup and ignores my settings.
Hi cavehomme,
Please submit the file at Comodo Antivirus Database | Submit Files for Malware Analysis.
Thanks and Regards,
suhaifeng
Hi submitted it a few days ago together with screenshot. Thanks
DB 5671, still detected rtcshare.exe.
Heur.Suspicious C:\WINDOWS\system32\rtcshare.exe

What happen when I click “ignore” then “submit” in the popup ?
