Possible to install on USB stick

I have an USB stick with an booting and working Vista (through WAIK) on it. This is just for booting and backing up my System or for Virus Scanning when my Laptop does not start.

Now I want to work with Comodo Backup. There I have two questions:

  1. is it possible to install CB on USB stick?

  2. is it possible with CB to restore a backup on a new harddisk and then this harddisk can boot? I mean that I can do a full backup and restore of my system drive?

  1. Yes, You need to install after booting up with USB stick
  2. Yes if the new hard disk is equal or bigger in size than original.
