So Today We ran into an incident with our macbook pro, so A window poops up with someone telling us to immediately close all the windows and eventually has calls a support number. Basically. what happens is that they remote control our macbook, so they check the firewall and it was off and continue to show us that were was a koobface worm on our network. they then told us to bring our macbook to the apple store o be fixed. Does this sound like a scam to people, does to me.
Do they charge you for that service? It sounds like a scam to me.
