Long story short, best I can tell something in the Generic rules is causing issues when clients login or logout of WHMCS (https) .
NOT all clients.
IS intermittent with the clients it does affect. 6 or so refreshes and the page will load.
The reported error message is[/s]
Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to secure.bezazz.com. SSL peer rejected a handshake message for unacceptable content. (Error code: ssl_error_illegal_parameter_alert)[s]
Thing is nothing shows up in any logs but disabling the Generic rules so far appears to have stopped it from occurring.[/s]
It has occurred again with Generic off.
So please ignore the above.
