Port and IP routing look correct?

I use a VZW (Verizon) 3G USB card in a Win 7 PC to get to the net. I run the full paid version of Comodo AV + FW + IS. Just reformatted to Win 7 Home Prem x64 and installed the Comodo package.

My Verizon card has detail screens, I’m wondering if someone can analyze these details for inconsistencies. Thank you for help.

Should I quickly remove anything posted from this thread which may be bad to have public?

These ARP results are scaring me guys.

My PC is blocking GeekBuddy connection.

Something is changing all the CIS firewall rules to allow all MAC in and out.

Any help here would be huge!
