Popup displayed for Allowed application

I’m using EasyPHP, and lately COMODO pops up the confirmation window each time I run it, even though it is clearly marked as Allowed Application. This is very frustrating, because it takes me a couple of minutes to just launch EasyPHP every time!

Using COMODO 8.2.0.4508.
