Hi everyone,

I hope you are well?

1.Please could you kindly let me know if I can set CIS 10 (PREMIUM FREE version) to Proactive Security?

  1. Please could you let me know what the difference between Internet Security and Proactive Security is?

  2. Can I change the default time CIS checks for updates from (Default 6 hours) to say 1 hour or 2 hours?

I am relatively new to COMODO and any help and advice is very much appreciated. :slight_smile:

  1. Does CIS 10 PREMUM help protect against Ransomware?

I LOVE the new CIS 10 UI, I think it is great and easy to read, see and understand.
I have limited eyesight.

hard to be exact buy HIPS is disabled in Internet config and sandbox rules are designed for new unrecognized files that come from the internet. Proactive turns on HIPS and the sandbox is setup to sandbox all unrecognized regardless of origin.
3. Can I change the default time CIS checks for updates from (Default 6 hours) to say 1 hour or 2 hours?
For AV database updates yes you can change the interval in general settings > updates.
4. Does CIS 10 PREMUM help protect against Ransomware?
Yep with the sandbox or with HIPS if you know how to answer the alerts.
