Comodo Internet Security - CIS Defense+ / Sandbox Help - CIS

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well?

I have come back to COMODO :slight_smile: and I am using COMODO INTERNET SECURITY PREMIUM VERSION 8.0.0.4344.

Please could you kindly help me and advising me if I should be concerned about the following:

  1. Blocked Intrusions 5

  2. Unrecognized Files 6

  3. Sandboxed Apps: 4

My questions are:

  1. Is there anyway I can see what Apps have been Sandboxed?

  2. What happens to the Unrecognized Files?

  3. What happens to the files that have been Submitted sandboxed to COMODO?

I have set COMODO to COMODO - Proactive Security and this is because I believe that this gives me the best protection I have done some research before setting it to Proactive Security.:slight_smile:

1 - add status pane to the widget and it will show sandboxed files, running tasks and the number of unrecognized files.

2 - they remain unrecognized until you trust them or Comodo adds them to the trusted files list.

3 - Unsure of the exact process about this. I would guess that they are analyzed and added to the safe list at some point if found safe.

I did as you said and as your picture showed and I now I can see and do everything I need to from the widget.
