Please Help, I Am Lost

I have searched and read post for a hour now, and I am getting frustrated. I am looking for a screenshot that show what the default Global rules should look like. There are a lot of very good explanations in the forum for writing rules, how they interact, etc. However, I suffer from long term loss of short term memory. So by the time I read a post on how to write the Global rules, and what order they go in, etc., I have forgotten everything. A picture IS truly worth 1000 words. Please, can someone post a screenshot of what the Global rules should look like? Thanks, and have a great day!
