Hi,
After Reading You Post, I Tried To Check With My Test PC Where I Had Installed CIS 3.9 RC2. I Noticed That The Icon Was There. When I Was In The Process Of Finding The Cause, The Issue Started Happening After Changing The Display Color Quality To Any Value Less Than 32 Bit. However Now Even After Changing The Color Quality To Its Original, The Issue Seems To Be Permanent. So Iam With That Further. Will Update You If I Find Anything

Delete The Key “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\COMODO Internet Security - RC2\Virus Scanner Settings”
Reopen CIS And Its You Can See The Logo.
However Once Again If You Try To Open, The Issue Reappears. So Still Working On It…
