Hi, why some files are still at “lookup” state when I run a cloud lookup ?

looks like a bug to me.
Were these files recognised as malware before?
No, but some of them are recognized to be malware once I do another lookup (after the bug).
Is the bug perhaps that they should have read unrecognized instead of lookup? Or maybe it just got stuck at the stage where it was still looking them up.
i am experiencing the same bug, it just gets stuck when it says its looking them up. The only way i was able to get a verdict was to close the windows and redo the lookup.
Did someone report it yet as a bug?
