Looking for understand about this: PID 4852 used for COMODO CIS? *using W7 Ultimate.
If not then what is that application using this? C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalServicePeerNet.
Could be Virtual Machines? Could be some undesired remote access?

You can look at everything that is connected with svhost.
It is also for help.
Type in the search box: LocalServicePeerNet
you can see the parent and child path of what the svchost.exe is doing etc
would highly recommend Process Explorer - Sysinternals | Microsoft Learn allows you to see what every program is doing as well as peer into all svchosts and see what they are doing
