I got a tiny problem. My pending files list says it has 124 unknown files. But when I open it is empty?
so what ?

This seems to be a bug, fastest way to a solution is to boot in to safe-mode (press F8 repeatedly during boot).
And move the files \Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\database\pending.*
Now reboot and the issue should be resolved.
