Pc slowed right down after installing Comodo

Hi
this is my first post, i have read through the firewall posts but there is nothing that helps me.

since installing the comodo firewall my pc it as really slowed down, i have turned of windows firewall, and uninstalled zonealarm, nothing seams to help, yesterday comodo said updates to download, so i clicked yes once it had finished i could not get on the internet or open anything. i had to do a restore.
now i can get on the net but its like so slow.

spec of my pc is
3ghz
athlon xp 512 DDR RAM
160GBHD AGP 8X256 DDR ATI RADEON 9 200
10/100 NETWORK CARD
i am using ethernet/ network router which my son and his Xbox 360 is contected too.

Please help

Hi,

What sort of operations seem slow?

Make sure you have the following options disabled :

Security->Advanced->Secure the host while booting
Security->Advanced->Secure against trojan protocols

Hi, I am from India. My machine is little low configuration than the above poster.

Intel 3GHz, 80GB, 256mb Ram, XP Home (Licensed and updated), Cable Modem thru SMC Router.

There is no slow down in my pc after installing COMODO. Found it more faster and accurate than AVG Free Version. If I find any problems in future will post accordingly.

Right now I can give 8 out of 10 to Comodo.
AVG was 4 out of 10 in my personal ranking.
