PC keeps rebooting after Comodo Install

Hi I have a problem with my computer. I tried to install CIS 2013 and it was working very slow so I uninstalled it and then… I installed Comodo Firewall v.5. After the restart requested by Comodo my PC keeps rebooting on and on! I tried to uninstall Comodo in safe mode but I can’t.
The message is :

The windows installer service could not be accessed. this can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

Can you please help me? what should I do?

I use windows xp sp2 and I had comodo firewall for a long time with no problems.

Please try running the cleanup tool from this page while in Safe Mode.

Then reboot into Safe Mode again and run it once more. Hopefully after that it will be uninstalled and you can reinstall by following the advice I give on this page.
