               So did I!!!! What do we do? I don't remember giving it one,password yes!

I think the better will be uninstalling (if possible) and install the latest 178 version.

Hello,

      Can't do that.I need user name and password to get into windows. CTM is blocking me it wants user name and password.

     Is there a default user name and password? Can't find this answer yet!

Password is > Administrator ,but my computer is wiped out! :-\

Update! If you have Windows 7 installation disk?, Select option repair computer. That fixed my boot-up problem.

Can't say if I'll ever try this again! CTM  >:-D :)

I’m sorry for the late reply.

The default user name is “Administrator”, you can try it if you can remember password.

For security reasons, there is no way to restore your password, the only way is rebuild your MBR. Rebuild MBR is equal to uninstall CTM to baseline. So please backup important data at first.

How to rebuild MBR?
There are many methods to rebuild MBR, one way is execute the “fdisk /mbr” command for DOS, and another way is execute “fixmbr” console command for WinXP, you can google it to get the more detailes. http://hubpages.com/hub/Fdisk-MBR

My problem is also about password… but I have a litle advantage i know my passwd.
I had done the restore at restart opcion when i was satisfy whith my config. I had put a passwd in administrator and creat a user with my name ( i give it all opcions to me also) and a passwd.
I had clean all unlock snapshots so, i only keep the last snapshot (wizard mode with defrag option ok).
When i reboot insted of getting the usual bot like i had select without see CTM at anytime , i got insted a BSD.

My OS is : Vista x86 SP2 last update and kaspersky workstation. Go in a HP G7000. BTW i had try to login on CTM boot console, and can´t log with user administrator or my name (ERROR : INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD).

Also had try to repair mbr like you say, but with the boot restore option on i can go other way. i can´t do a boot repair with vista disk.

Help me with boot CTM user and password (that happened in 3 HP 7000 computers) and with clean the snaps shoots in right way ( i had read the manual)
