Over 1000 Outbound connections with CIS Firewall

Hello guys,
I’m not sure why but there are random IP outbound connections clogging up my outbound connections list with 66kb packets in and out. I’m not sure if someone is trying to DoS me, but no GeekBuddy agent is available for the past 15 minutes. So basically I had 1000 outbound connections, and when I denied access to a certain ip adress they went away. What is wrong?

It doesn’t have to be something wrong, can you tell us which application this was causing and which ports it was using? Or maybe post a screenshot of it?
