Local Outlook is required for Outlook Web or I can safely uninstall Outlook?
My bro uses Outlook Web. No one needs Local Outlook.

If you use a browser to access your mail than you no longer need a E-Mail Client.
Simple as that.

I am not quite sure if Outlook Web supports 100% security features of Local Outlook (Identities, Certificates, etc).

This is true.

They(Working...) currently don’t support Email Certificates.
