Outlook 2007

I need help with outlook 2007. I recently purchased a refuribeshed pc with outlook installed. I NEED to configure it so I can access my mail. When I open outlook, the screen displays 2 boxes. One box is the configuration box and the other box is the MS exchange box. The 2nd box only has 1 tab, general and under the MS server are gg and under the mail box is administrator. I have deleted and installed off my office 2007 cd but it must have some file still somewhere. I have had NO luck and I need help please


Can you post a screenshot of the screen you see? That may be of help here. I use Outlook 2007 but I can’t recall such a screen.
