Organize Tabs in virtual mode

Hi!
I really love to use Dragon in virtual mode, but i couldn’ figure out one single thing (which is somehow important for me):
When using the not-virtualized Dragon, i can reorder my tabs my drag and drop and am able to (un-)attach tabs from other Windows to the actual instance in the same way. However this does not work in virtual mode.
Is it somehow possible to achieve ordering and (un-)attaching tabs in virtual mode?

this is a bug in CIS. iv reported it about 3 times already
