Oracle ssvagent.exe

Every time I open a new window in IE7, I get a message that asks “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?” Here is the info:

Program name: ssvagent.exe
Verified publisher: Oracle America, Inc.
File origin: Hard drive on this computer

I recently had a few “threats” come up on my computer when I ran my Comodo scan and then this started coming up, so that’s why I’m a little skeptical of this. Also, when I Google searched it, I read some posts that said this was malicious malware and not to allow it. However, I read a post on this forum that said it was OK to run. I ran a virus scan of this folder and nothing came up as threats. I don’t think it’s going to stop asking me to run this unless I answer “Yes.” Is this safe to do? Thanks!

Can you please upload the file in question to VirusTotal and post a link to the results in your next reply?

Thanks.
