Please could we have an option in Comodo Internet Security to change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy, which is used by most countries. I keep thinking my virus database hasn’t been updated since 10 April instead of 4 October.

After searching for half an hour I ended up here. 120 days old thread but the problem is fresh.
The date format is indeed one of the least used. Just because the US of As uses it doesn’t make it common. They are also one of the few remaining countries using imperial measurements, Burma is one of the others 88) yet no Burmese language in the drop down ;D
Just for the sake of it I changed the language to German but to my surprise they also have to live with those weird dates.
So +1 for British English which btw would correct the date settings for Europe as well.
