I’m trying to install a softphone. When I run the Network Setup Wizard I get an error message advising me to open a range of ports. I have attempted to open the ports by applying a Network Control Rule & have added the software to the Trusted Application list.
Despite this I’m still getting the closed ports message.
I’m connected to the net via a satellite modem.
Any suggestions?
