Oops you found a bug, CIS crash - Bug Report [NBZ]

Is the attached file enough or do I need to make the Copy past format that you have given me? I am using CIS 5.0

The bug/issue

  2. What actually happened or you actually saw: I saw when CIS 5.0 crashed
  3. What you expected to happen or see:
  4. How you tried to fix it & what happened: After the crash and the dump file was created I double clicked on CIS and everything went to nortmal
  5. If its an application compatibility problem have you tried the application fixes here?: All the programs that I use are compatiblity with CIS. I haven’t seen any strange behavior from CIS

  7. Whether you can make the problem happen again, and if so exact steps to make it happen:
  8. Any other information (eg your guess regarding the cause, with reasons):

Your set-up

  1. CIS version, AV database version & configuration used: 7263
  2. a) Have you updated (without uninstall) from CIS 3 or 4: No
    b) if so, have you tried a clean reinstall (without losing settings - if not please do)?:
  3. a) Have you imported a config from a previous version of CIS: No
    b) if so, have U tried a standard config (without losing settings - if not please do)?:
  4. Have you made any other major changes to the default config? (eg ticked ‘block all unknown requests’, other egs here.):
  5. Defense+, Sandbox, Firewall & AV security levels: D+= Safe mode , Sandbox= Enable , Firewall= Safe mode , AV= On access
  6. OS version, service pack, number of bits, UAC setting, & account type: OS: Win 7 32 bit with no SP, UAC settings:by default, account type: Valentin (admin)
  7. Other security and utility software installed:Hitman pro 32 bit free, Malwarebytes free, SuperAntiSpyware
  8. Virtual machine used (Please do NOT use Virtual box): No

No it does not need to be changed, just the problem that it was not the first post.

This has been discussed, and then easy way decide split topic discard first two post.

and then moved to verified.
