I have managed to select a tick box in the Online Lookup / Submit Results message box that now means whenever I attempt to Lookup Pending Files in Defence+ (Clean Mode), it gets caught in an infinite loop between message boxes.
From recollection, I Looked Up the files. On finding the files were ‘Unknown’ in the online lookup results, I clicked close and then I opted to Submit the files (and clicked a tickbox to remember this setting). Once submitted I was then able to exit.
Now, when I lookup the files in Pending Files the Online Results shows them as unknown. When I close the window it automatically submits those unknown but then identifies them as Already Submitted so returns to the Online Lookup results. I am then unable to get out the loop without shutting my PC down.
