The omnibox completely crashes the browser at a random amount of letters each time.
To reproduce:
- Open a new tab
- Type in anything in the omnibox.
To resolve it:
I’ve tried turning off all of my extensions, enabling instant, turning off Comodo Secure DNS.
Comodo Dragon Version 18.0.3.0 (It actually started happening in 17.5.2)
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
UAC enabled.
Windows is installed to the C:/ drive.
Installation path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Comodo\Dragon
User Privileges: Administrator
Google Chrome version: 18.0.1025.142 and the same issue doesn’t present itself.
Also as a little sidenote, I first saw this in 17.5.2 but waited to report it because I saw the other thread about Dragon crashing and figured it was fixed with the latest version. I also checked my reliability monitor and saw this.
Faulting application name: dragon.exe, version: 17.5.2.0, time stamp: 0x4f5e0f16

I don’t know if it’ll help but hey, any information might help.
