ok so i look in my router for UPnP and its not there. so i call d-link and they tell me its a internal setting and cannot be changed. as allot people use it and microsoft has patched it. so now what do i do i only get the svchost block upon windows log on so not even sure if i should worry about it as that is why the other person told me to turn it off was for that. any suggestion should i just leave it i cant turn it off lol. oh well not a big deal just figured i would pop question.
A lot of consumer electronics use upnp, it is potentially unsafe, but do not worry about this… I think everything just fine with you and your pc…
