I have a nephew who has a slow dial up connection. I have installed Comodo Antivirus for him and wondering whether there is a way to update offline? For eg, I could download the definition/patches/update using my adsl connection and apply it on his pc.

I’m afraid there is not. You could add this to the wishlist at the top of the antivirus forum and see if it is implemented at a later date.
