You all DELETED Yro’s posts… Why???
Was he in the wrong? Yes. He broke forum policy. But his sentiments were valid.
Banning him I understand, deleting his posts like he never existed is some ■■■■ BS that I truly did not expect from Comodo.
Please adjust this, or ad me to your banned list also.
I only mention this in this thread because that is where it occurred.
Correcting a person for wrongdoing is fine. Erasing them is not…
Also, you moved his posts, but put no notice you did so. Where are the links to Yro’s posts, as they occurred in this thread???
How can anyone following this forum know his post were MOVED, if no link is provided? Simple question…
His delivery was foul and he posted a pm without asking permission.
The posts were not deleted but moved to the Forum Policy Violation board so they are still for all members to see.

Thank you very much Eric for this reply. I understand. All I ask is that when such things happen that a link is made instead of just deleting the post like it never existed.
Thank you for your time, and apologies for any off topic postings.
So now EricJh’s reply, who is a moderator, has been deleted, as well as my reply to him. And this is justified? You feel empowered now?

EricJh’s post as well as mine has been deleted by a mod.
Here is what was written for all to see.

My apologies Kail. My posts were simply gone from the thread, no mention that they had been moved or anything else. How can I possible know what happened to them if I’m not told.
Begging your pardon, but when a USER’s post are deleted, simply gone from a thread, and no mention of why this has happened, or where they have been moved to, that’s wrong. ■■■■■■ was well known for such tactics, and they failed miserably. This is common sense in any examination of history.
A simple “user post off topic, moved to XXXX” does wonders, don’t you think?
That way the person understands :
A) what he/she posted was off topic
B) People reading the thread understand whats going on and why a post they may have referenced is gone.
The real pisser for me is that the mods moved things and didn’t mention it. Even another user on this forum PM’d me and said it’s not usual for a person’s posts to be moved and no link given.
And here I am making the same reply in a thread, thinking it has been deleted, since I wasn’t made aware it was simply moved…
Do you see all the trouble this causes? It all goes away by simply saying “post off topic, moved to XXXX.”
Why is that so hard?
Just wanted to add, Wasn’t trying to make some big issue out of this. Oddly enough this goes right back to what I was talking about earlier in a different thread, communication, or the lack thereof. Strange how things work out.
Please stop referring to moderators as ■■■■’s and Hilter, thank you. I will not give you any further warnings on this.
We are trying to negate the topic pollution (or post poisoning) by removing the offending material (these were forum policy violations, not merely off-topic) and the member concerned was fully informed. If you had wanted to look to see where his post were then either looking at the Forum Policy Violation Board or the members Profile (yro’s in this case) would have been a good start… or you could have even PM’ed any Mod and asked. Anything… but continuing to poison the very same topic with your ■■■■-orientated posts.
Not a single post has been to troll, or even could be assumed as such.
Common sense speaks volumes here.
And I have seen TONS of off topic posts, with the link given to them. So please, understand what it is you say.
If you like I can gladly provide links.
Thank you.
Edit: My post are ■■■■ oriented? Kail, seriously? Provide one example please. Asking for open communication makes my posts ■■■■ oriented? I see where this is going, and I’m ashamed to have been a member here. My apologies.
I leave your message board with just this tidbit… Karma.

shrugs and refers to fellow mods comments.
No posts were deleted. They were however reshuffled for the reason of forum order. There was no conspiracy nor foul play.

When moving a topic the forum software will by default place a redirection message. With splits, moves and merges we expect the users will understand. In case of confusion use Show new replies to your posts in the upper part of the screen. Or use your profile to look at your posts.
I asked all members to not post off topic posts in this Topic twice with a final warning after the next post.
You completely ignored them and would not delete your posts, so I no choice than to split your posts and moving them to another off topic board leaving a Moving post on the Original board.
I am sorry but I could not leave a moving post in the actual topic as I would have been posting a Off Topic message which I had asked all members not to do.
I have ignore your insults and disrespecting comments by post and PM which is my privilege as Moderator to do, but please do not attempt to insult and disrespecting Staff Members or other Members these comments will not be ignored.
If you still have problems with this please PM (Private Message) another active Moderator who has not replied in this topic two suggestions mouse1 or Ronny.
Please do not open another Topic or post in any other Topic about this subject otherwise you may be banned.
Sorry I have more important tasks like dealing with Approvals, to allow you to carry this discussion further.
