NTI Shadow crashes on launch when CIS installed

NTI Shadow 4.1.0.212 backup software crashes on loading when CIS is installed and works again on CIS uninstall. Have tried adding all files in folder NTI (and temp file created by NTI Ninja) to D+ trusted files and all exe’s to firewall trusted apps.

Am running Win7 x64

Does the crash also happen with Defense + disabled? To permanently disable D+ go to Defense + → Advanced → Defense + Settings → untick “Permanently disable the Defense + (requires a system restart)” and reboot as required.

Have dried disabling D+ has suggested, and also adding firewall policies but the problem persists until I uninstall CIS, then as soon as I reinstall it starts again.

Thanks. That sounds like a serious incompatibility issue. It is in the bug boards so it is now up to the devs to pick up on it.

The devs usually don’t reply; they only do when they need additional information.
