I have a problem. The Geekbuddy software on my machine, win 8.1 notebook acer, wont work and, worst of all, when istalled it lock totally the NB forcing me to reset to factory reset for let me use again the NB because when starting the NB it wont boot, stopping machine BEFORE BIOS START!!!
I have tried connecting throught the chat system on comodo page for ask a simply solution, but the chat tell em to install Geekbuddy (impossible solution as told) and then kick me out of the chat system…

BTW, the basic problem is a “no progress” when updating the definitions. Even after a reboot, the update restart and stop at the same 50% of definition installation and stay here even for hours. Longest trial of time waited before shutting down for a windows update is 3 days and 22 hours…
What can I do for fix that problem? Sigh!
