That sounds like a false positive by Comodo. Is the alert you get from the Comodo AV?

It says he’s using ‘ESET NOD32 Anti virus 4.0.437.0 trial version’, so I hope he’s not running Comodo Antivirus at the same time.

What is the path to the file that’s being detected? Seeing as it says ‘NewHeur_PE’, it’s possibly that it’s a false positive, a legitimate file that is flagged as malware by accident. If so, you must report it to ESET, seeing as Comodo doesn’t have any control over the virus database of NOD32.
