I wanted to upgrade, but PayPal failed. I don’t want a credit card.
Many people have and have had this problem with PayPal (which is why they no longer use it):
Over and over again: “Add an account” even though there are already two with plenty of credit.
I don’t want to set up a new one. In my case, the VPN could be the cause because of the changing IP address. Debiting from my bank account doesn’t work either. So I can’t upgrade or pay for Comodo’s service.
hi @prodex , could you please provide some more insight about the problem? On which step exactly you see failure? If you could provide some screenshots with error, it would be great for us to do the initial analysis.
Thanks in advance.
Hello, igaz,
it’s no failure of comodo but of payal. I deleted my account again. The problem was that I was asked to add a bank account, which I did. And this request kept coming up. But all the suggested solutions failed. So I deleted my bank account from PayPal again. I assume PayPal no longer trusted me because of my changing IP address through the VPN and classified me as a fraudster or unreliable through its algorithm.
thank you very much for the information @prodex. Regarding upgrading your CIS license, we accept payment by credit card or a debit card as well (apart from PayPal).
